SWADDLE (Southwest Area Diaper Depository for Little Ends)

During the month of May, please consider helping Tinley Park mothers by donating diapers at the library.

SWADDLE has partnered with area social service agencies including Together We Cope in Tinley Park. Collection boxes will be available on the Main Level of the library, just inside the main doors, beginning Saturday, April 30 through Sunday, June 5.

The Adult and Youth Services Reference Desks now lend MacBook Air laptops for in-library use.

These laptops are great for many projects, but you might also just want to browse the Web in a quiet corner of the library. Please visit one of the Reference Desks for details!

New Year, New Local Author Collection

We are excited to announce that beginning in January 2016 we are unveiling our new Local Author Shelves.
We will feature fiction and nonfiction books written for children, teens, and adults by authors from Tinley Park and neighboring communities.
Come check out what your friends and neighbors have written! The new shelves will be located behind the Adult Reference Desk on the Main Level and near the elevator upstairs.

*Update* Local authors are invited to submit their work for inclusion in the collection. Details are available on our Special Collections page.
