Stress Reduction Meditation

Bring your pillow and yoga mat or blanket to lie on the floor and enjoy this wonderful guided meditation designed to help you let go of stress. Relax, refresh, and renew during this time set aside just for you. Cell phones must be turned off before entering the Meeting Room. The meditation begins promptly at 7 pm. No admittance once the meditation has begun.
