I want to access eBooks/audiobooks, but my account is blocked. What can I do?
If your card was blocked due to fines, you should now have access to our digital materials. If your card expired between 2017 and now, it has been extended until July 4, 2020.
If you still can't get in, try resetting your PIN or contacting us for help.

Can I still place a hold?
Yes—by placing a hold, you will reserve your spot in line for an item. Holds will become available when we reopen.

Should I return my checkouts now?
No. Our book drops are closed, and we can’t accept returns right now. Your checkouts will be due May 1, and there are no fines while we are closed.

Is the bookmobile making outreach visits/deliveries?
No, we are not delivering anything, anywhere (no visits to homes, daycares, or senior centers).

Can I access all your online resources?
With the exception of Mitchell ProDemand, and Newspapers.com, all online resources are available. Visit tplibrary.org/resources to get started.

Help! I forgot my PIN!
No problem. You can reset it here.

Are your events and programs being rescheduled?
We will do everything we can to reschedule any canceled events. Please continue to check the library website and future newsletters for all upcoming events.

Can I reserve a room?
Not until we reopen.

Are you cleaning the library?
Yes! Our carpets and upholstery have received a deep cleaning, and we are replacing our public PCs.
