Description: Join us virtually for a project management presentation. Here is a link to a handout for your reference.
Explore key tools through sample projects and discover resources for certifications like PMP, ACP, and CAPM. Michael Spilg, PMI-certified instructor, will offer a beginner-friendly overview of project management methods, including Traditional, Agile, and Hybrid approaches. He’ll introduce key team roles, tools, and ways of thinking for each style. While we’ll briefly mention PMI and the PMP certification, the main focus is on understanding how different project types are managed. No prior knowledge or experience is required. This presentation is informational only and does not count for PDUs (Professional Development Units).

Join us virtually for Part 2 of this presentation on February 3, 2026, at 7 pm, when Michael will explain how to use AI for Project Management, exploring various AI tools that support project workflows. Registration link to Part 2.
