Abigail Adams: Founding Mother

About this event

Abigail Adams: Founding Mother

Born under the wide Massachusetts sky, young Abigail grew up as a colonist.  Meeting and marrying John Adams was a turn of fate that called Abigail to a hard life of revolution.  Her mind, developed from reading and tenacious conversation "fometed" her own inner revolution - side by side with John - Abigail reflected, edited and added to the bedrock of our democracy.  Abigail was laid to rest as an American citizen under the same Massachusetts sky.  Come and "meet" Abigail in this storytelling conversation as she tells the stories of her life.  Performed by playwright/actress and storyteller Megan Wells. Signup required.
