Speaker: Andrea Pracht
Bio: Andrea is a wife and mother of four boys and is dedicated to trying to feed her family a healthy diet - 90% of the time. She is a home cook, and believes in teaching approachable classes for all skill levels. One of her teaching goals is to help people make simple, healthy changes in their diets. Andrea believes that eating and living healthier really comes down to learning how to be in control of our food. Many changes can be easier to implement than people expect, which is why she teaches classes on the things she does in her own kitchen - including milling flour, baking bread, preserving and pressure cooking.
