Kick off your new year with a conversation about joy with best-selling essayist and award-winning poet Ross Gay. He’ll discuss his forthcoming book, Inciting Joy.

Instructor Kathy Ruiter will guide you in gentle, non-strenuous chair exercises and meditation.

Open to anyone who wants to meet, mingle, and share tips on needlecraft projects. Supplies not provided.

- Teen Health & Wellness provides nonjudgmental curricular and self-help support for teens, and includes the Calm Room, which features resources to help you relax and focus, including guided meditation, relaxing visuals and sounds, and live nature and animals cams (also good for adults!).
