Our speaker dispels the myths and misconceptions about plant-based nutrition, why we are hearing so much about it today, the benefits to your health and more.

This presentation includes a short demonstration packed with ideas for how you can prepare easy and delicious meals and snacks.


Carol D’Anca is a board-certified nutritionist, author, and speaker. She is a presenter at medical workshops, conferences, academic settings, private and public organizations.

Her presentations and workshops about the benefits of whole food plant-based nutrition for prevention of chronic illness have helped raise awareness and inspire dietary change for thousands of people in the U.S. and abroad.
