Display Your Classroom Projects

The Youth Services Department has a prominent glass display cabinet that can be used by classroom teachers to display projects created by their students.  Teachers can sign up using the form below to display their students’ work for a calendar month during the school year.  Display items must be created by students who attend school in our service area.

How It Works

  • The display case is available from the 1st of the selected month (in January, the case will be available on the 2nd)
  • You may set up your display during our regular hours of operation (M-F 9 am-9 pm, Sat 9 am-5 pm, Sun 12-5 pm)
  • The display case is lighted and locked
  • We can provide push pins for the back wall, book easels, and 8.5 x 11 acrylic sign holders
  • Tape may not be used on the wood or glass doors
  • You will have access to a stepladder and a service cart to help you in setting up your display
  • All signage and display items must be inside the glass
  • We ask that you take down your display a day or two before the end of the month in preparation for the following month’s display
